This position supports businesses navigate the energy market through fostering relationships to effectively understand customers energy needs and provide tailored solutions, secure optimal energy deals, and effectively manage their energy accounts.   • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand customer’s goals, energy needs, and challenges to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell additional products or services that align with customer needs and provide added value.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Sourcing business development leads to build and develop your pipeline and ensure business growth
  • Present tailored energy solutions that address their specific needs and deliver maximum value.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals by effectively managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Maintain a strong focus on revenue generation and profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and energy market dynamics and leverage this knowledge to position our offerings effectively and provide valuable insights to customers.
About You

As a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional, you bring a wealth of experience in account management to the table. Your expertise extends to confidently overseeing the entire sales journey, from lead acquisition to deal closure, across diverse industries. With a proven track record, you thrive on the challenges of managing sales pipelines and closing deals. Ideally, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in commercial sales or account management, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts with commercial customers.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers.
  • A will to hunt new opportunities through networking and sourcing your own new business opportunities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing accounts, tracking activities, and generating reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and leverage resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
