Letter of Authority

We authorise Zembl Group, comprising Zembl Pty Ltd (ABN 29 138 847 757) and Strata Energy Services Pty Ltd (ABN 77 622 570 156), to act on our behalf in relation to our energy accounts, energy usage, metering information and energy procurement activities.

This authority allows Zembl Group to:

• Request and receive copies of energy supply contracts, metering contracts, contract end dates, invoices, billing data, interval data, meter data, site details and NMIs;
• Request a list of sites or properties linked to the ABN or ABNs we have provided;
• Communicate with energy retailers, distributors, metering providers and other relevant market participants about our energy accounts, sites, tariffs, metering and usage information;
• Invite retailers to provide pricing in response to a tender request;
• Request or initiate tariff change requests with the relevant retailer, distributor or other responsible market participant;
• Take other reasonable steps required to prepare energy pricing, tender comparisons, tariff recommendations or related energy procurement support; and
• Request and organise novations, greenfield connections, disconnections and reconnections.

We agree to Zembl Group’s Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that Zembl Group may receive a commission from a retailer where a contract is entered into following a tender process.

We acknowledge that retailers may conduct commercial credit checks on the company during the quotation and contracting process. Where the business operates as a trust or partnership, the authorised signatory also consents to retailers conducting a personal credit check if required.

This authority remains valid for 12 months from the date of signing or, where a contract is entered into through Zembl Group during that period, for the duration of that contract, whichever is longer.

Please provide Zembl Group with the information and assistance reasonably required to carry out the activities described above.
