You can refer new business customers who have never used Zembl before. They must be located in eligible states and hold a valid ABN/ACN with a business energy account. Residential customers, past Zembl customers, and embedded networks are not eligible.
Zembassador allows you to earn rewards by referring business customers to Zembl using your unique share link. When you sign up, you get your unique share link and for sharing with potential Zembl customers. You will also receive access to your dedicated Zembassador Portal, where you can track and redeem rewards. Whenever a business you refer switches their energy plans using the Zembl service, you get rewarded with either a PayPal Credit or your choice of digital Gift Cards or prepaid MasterCard Gift Cards.
Zembl offers a choice of PayPal or digital Gift Card rewards to the value of $50 for each Small Business you refer switches using Zembl's service (Small businesses are defined as ones that spend less than $3000/mth on energy) OR to the value of $200 for each Commercial & Industrial Business you refer switches using Zembl's service (Commercial & Industrial businesses are defined as ones that spend more than $3000/mth on energy). The referred business that switches using Zembl's service will be offered the value of $50 in the same options as the above.
No - rewards are only earned when a lead you refer to Zembl actually becomes a Zembl customer. Becoming a customer is defined as choosing one of the energy options our Experts recommend, agreeing to switch and signing a new energy contract as a result of using our service.

Rewards are paid out monthly, with payments being processed on the 28th day of each month via the Zembassador's chosen redemption method. To receive payment, the Zembassador's reward on balance must reach a minimum threshold of $50. If the minimum balance is not met, payments will roll over to the following month until the threshold is reached.

When someone clicks on your share link, a cookie is placed in their browser that tracks their activity for 90 days. If they become a customer of Zembl within that 90-day period, you will earn a reward on that sale. This means you can still earn rewards even if the purchase isn’t made immediately after the initial click.
Absolutely! Once you log into your Zembassador dashboard, you can track your clicks, sales, and earnings in real-time. This helps you understand your performance and optimise your promotional strategies.
Shortly after switching with Zembl you will recieve an email with steps to log into the Zembassador Portal where you can receive and redeem your Zembl welcome $50 reward bonus. You can also refer other businesses to earn more rewards via this portal.
