Zembee Collection Notice

We collect personal information about you through the Zembee chat function, which may include your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and information about your business. We collect this information for the purposes of helping you with your query, and providing you with the information you have requested. We may also send you information about promotions, products and services that may be of interest to you.

Your personal information may be disclosed to energy retail suppliers in order to process your request. We may also disclose your personal information to other third parties as described in our privacy policy and for other purposes where we are required or authorised by law to do so (including where you have provided your consent). Some of these third parties are located outside Australia. As a result, this personal information may be transferred to recipients in other countries, as set out in our privacy policy.  

If you do not provide us with this information, we may not be able to provide the assistance or information about the products and services that you want.
