$100 for a Letter of Authority T&Cs

Promoter: The promoter of the “Zembl $100 for a Letter of Authority” offer is Zembl Pty Ltd (ABN 29 138 847 757) of 347 Kent St, Sydney, NSW 2000. Phone: 1300 957 721. ‍
Eligibility: This offer is open only to Australian businesses that:
1. have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN);
2. are specifically invited by Zembl to participate in this offer via email, SMS or phone;
3. are confirmed by Zembl as requiring a Commercial and Industrial (large market) energy contract; and
4. operate an eligible premises in New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), South Australia (SA), the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) or Queensland (QLD), excluding premises within the Ergon distribution zone. Employees of Zembl, their immediate families, agents and any third party directly associated with the administration of this offer are not eligible to participate.
‍3Confirmation of eligibility: Eligibility is subject to verification by Zembl. Customers may be required to provide information reasonably requested by Zembl to confirm their eligibility, including information about their business, energy accounts, sites, energy usage or current energy arrangements. Participation in the offer and submission of a signed Letter of Authority constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
‍Offer Period: The Offer Period begins at 12:01 AM AEST on 1 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 December 2026. To qualify, the requirements in clause 5 must be completed during the Offer Period.
‍How to qualify: To qualify for the $100 payment, an eligible customer must, during the Offer Period:
1. sign a Letter of Authority authorising Zembl Group, comprising Zembl Pty Ltd (ABN 29 138 847 757) and Strata Energy Services Pty Ltd (ABN 77 622 570 156), to act on the customer’s behalf in relation to their energy accounts, energy usage, metering information and energy procurement activities; and
2. participate in a call with a Zembl Energy Expert to confirm that the business is an eligible Commercial and Industrial energy customer and discuss the business’s energy needs.
  
  Signing a Letter of Authority does not, by itself, guarantee eligibility for the $100 payment. The customer must satisfy all eligibility and qualification requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
‍Exclusions: Operators or managers of embedded networks are not eligible to participate in this offer.
‍Verification and improper conduct: Zembl reserves the right to verify a customer’s eligibility and the validity of any Letter of Authority submitted in connection with this offer. Zembl may disqualify a customer where Zembl reasonably determines that the customer has provided false, misleading or incomplete information, attempted to obtain more than one payment for the same business, tampered with the offer process, or otherwise participated in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
‍Payment condition: An eligible customer will qualify for the $100 payment once:
1. Zembl has confirmed that the customer meets the eligibility requirements in clause 2;
2. the customer has signed the Letter of Authority required under clause 5(1); and
3. the customer has completed the call required under clause 5(2). Customers who are not confirmed by Zembl as eligible Commercial and Industrial energy customers will not qualify for the payment. The customer is not required to switch energy retailer or enter into a new energy contract with Zembl to receive the $100 payment.
‍Limit on payments: A maximum of one $100 payment is available per business (ABN) during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of sites associated with the business, the number of Letters of Authority signed, or the number of sites reviewed or put out to tender.
‍Timing of payment: Eligible payments will be processed monthly, during the first week of each month, for customers who satisfied all qualification requirements during the previous month.
‍Digital Gift Card: The $100 payment will be issued as a Mastercard® Digital Gift Card (the “Voucher”) using the eligible customer’s mobile phone number and email address. A valid Australian mobile number is required to receive the Voucher. The Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Mastercard® Digital Gift Card is issued by 545490 Pty Ltd (ABN 83 648 605 225), trading as Karta Co (“Karta”), and distributed by 545490 Ops Pty Ltd. Mastercard and the circles design are registered trademarks of Mastercard International Incorporated. Use and redemption of the Voucher are subject to Karta’s applicable terms and conditions, available at https://www.karta.com.au/terms-conditions#digital. The Voucher must be activated within 90 days of the date of issue. Once issued, the Voucher can be accessed using the verification process specified by Karta, which may include a 6-digit verification code. Verification codes may expire and, where available, a new code may need to be requested. Zembl will make reasonable attempts to obtain a valid Australian mobile number from an otherwise eligible customer where one has not been provided. The Voucher cannot be fulfilled without a valid Australian mobile number.
‍Targeted offer: This is a targeted offer and is not available to all businesses that sign a Letter of Authority with Zembl during the Offer Period. Zembl determines which businesses are invited to participate in the offer. Only businesses specifically invited by Zembl via email, SMS or phone and subsequently confirmed as meeting the eligibility requirements in these terms and conditions are eligible. Where additional information is reasonably required to determine eligibility, Zembl may request that information before confirming whether the customer qualifies for the offer.
‍Other offers: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Zembl offer or promotion unless Zembl expressly states otherwise.
‍Limitation of liability: Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. To the extent permitted by law, Zembl, its agents and distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from participation in this offer, except to the extent caused by the negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct of Zembl, its agents, distributors or employees.
‍Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this offer will be used to administer the offer, verify eligibility, conduct the customer’s energy review and related energy services, and provide any eligible reward. Zembl will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. ‍Changes or cancellation: If any aspect of this offer is not capable of running as planned due to circumstances beyond Zembl’s reasonable control, including communications or technology failures, fraud, tampering or unauthorised intervention, Zembl may cancel, suspend or modify the offer to the extent reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any change will not affect an eligible customer’s entitlement to a payment where that customer has already satisfied all qualification requirements before the change takes effect.
‍Jurisdiction: This offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
