- Promotion period: The promotion opens at 12:00am on 1 December 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 12 February 2027 (Sydney time). A business must request a comparison from Zembl by 11:59pm on 29 January 2027 (the request deadline) and sign its new energy plan or contract through Zembl by 11:59pm on 12 February 2027 (the switch deadline).
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian businesses of any size with an Australian Business Number (ABN) that operate in New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, South Australia or Queensland. This includes small businesses, multi-site businesses and commercial and industrial businesses. Employees of Zembl and pay.com.au, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the promotion are not eligible.
- How to enter: A business is automatically entered if it requests a business energy comparison from Zembl by the request deadline [confirm what counts as a request, for example a completed form on zembl.com.au or a call to Zembl] and then switches by signing a new energy plan or contract through Zembl by the switch deadline [confirm the point at which a switch counts, for example when Zembl confirms the sale]. This applies to electricity, gas or both. A business that requests a comparison after the request deadline is not entered, even if it signs before the switch deadline. No separate entry form is needed.
- Referral entries: An existing Zembl customer that refers a business to Zembl through zembassador is also entered if the referred business requests a comparison by the request deadline, switches by the switch deadline and is eligible. The referred business is entered through its own switch. The referrer is not entered until the referred business has switched.
- Entry limit: Each ABN receives one entry in total for the promotion period, however many sites, meters, energy plans, contracts or referrals it has and however many ways it qualifies. Businesses that are related entities with separate ABNs are each entitled to one entry. Entries cannot be bought, transferred or exchanged.
- Zembl is a comparison service: Zembl is an energy comparison service and not an energy retailer. Entry depends on a business signing a new energy plan or contract through Zembl. It does not depend on which retailer or plan the business chooses.
- Prizes: There are 10 prizes. Each prize is 100,000 PayRewards points, giving 1,000,000 points in total. The total value of the prize pool is $7,500, based on pay.com.au valuation of the points. Points are not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each ABN can win one prize only.
- Using the points: PayRewards points are issued and administered by pay.com.au and are subject to its terms and conditions, including expiry, redemption and transfer rules. Transfer partners and transfer ratios are set by pay.com.au and may change. A winner needs a pay.com.au account to receive the points, and Zembl will help them set one up at no cost. Zembl is not responsible for how pay.com.au administers points once they are credited.
- The draw: The draw will take place at 12:00pm (Sydney time) on 26 February 2027 at 347 Kent St, Sydney NSW 2000. Ten winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. If an ABN is drawn more than once, the extra draw is void and another entry is drawn. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Notifying winners: Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 7 days of the draw, using the details provided to Zembl. Winners’ names and states will be published at zembl.com.au/.
- Claiming the prize: A winner must respond within 7 days of being notified and provide the details needed to credit their pay.com.au account. Points will be credited within 60 days of the winner responding. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be redrawn on 17 March 2027 under the same conditions.
- Unclaimed prizes: Any prize still unclaimed after the redraw will be dealt with in line with the permit conditions that apply in each state or territory.
- Verification: Zembl may ask a winner to confirm their ABN, business details and eligibility. Entries that are false or incomplete, or that breach these terms, may be disqualified.
- Other offers: Customers who switch through Zembl during the promotion period may also be eligible for the 25,000 and 100,000 PayRewards points offer or a separate pay.com.au offer. Each is subject to its own terms and is not part of this promotion. This promotion can be entered alongside any other Zembl offer, unless that offer’s terms say otherwise.
- Privacy: Zembl collects entrants’ personal information to run this promotion and, with winners’ consent, to credit prizes with pay.com.au. Information is handled in line with the Zembl privacy policy at zembl.com.au/. Zembl may use winners’ names and states to publish the results.
- Liability: To the extent the law allows, Zembl and pay.com.au are not liable for any loss or damage arising from entering this promotion or accepting a prize, including technical failures or changes to the PayRewards program.
- Changes: Zembl may change or end this promotion if something outside its control affects it. Any change is subject to approval from the relevant permit authorities where required.

- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
