*Terms and Conditions1. Who is eligible for the Offer? This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who are customers of Zembl (
Eligible Customers).
2. When are the Offers available? The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Monday, 15 December 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on Tuesday, 15 December 2026 (the
Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offers?MYOB Business Lite and MYOB Business Pro Offer Eligible Zembl Customers will receive 80% off the then current standard price of a 12 month (
Discount Period) base subscription of MYOB Business Lite and MYOB Business Pro (
MYOB Business Discount)
Solo by MYOB Offer Eligible Zembl Customers will receive 94% off the then current standard price of a 12 month (
Discount Period) base subscription of Solo by MYOB (
Solo Discount)
(collectively the Offers).
4. How to accept the Offers: An Eligible Customer can accept the Offers during the Offer Period by:
- following the instructions on the MYOB Offer landing page; and
- paying for the cost of the Discount Period for the Offers upfront at the time of purchase.
5. What happens at the end of the Bonus Period?At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website. Your Eligible MYOB Product subscription will auto-renew for a further 12 months periods and you will be charged using the nominated direct debit method linked to your account, unless you cancel in accordance with our
MYOB Business product terms of use or
Solo by MYOB product terms of use.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer(a) These Offers only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional
fees and charges and
terms and conditions apply for use of
Premium Features (like Tap to Pay, Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory).
(b) Applications for
Tap to Pay are subject to approval. Fees apply: $0.30 per transaction + 1.6% of the total invoice. Fees are inclusive of GST.

(c) Any subscription fees paid under these Offers will be
non-refundable. If you cancel your Eligible MYOB Product subscription before the end of the Discount Period, you will not be able to receive a refund.
(d) These Offers are not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(e) These Offers, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the
MYOB Business product terms of use and
Solo by MYOB product terms of use.
(f) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa), the Offers will only apply for the remainder of Discount Period remaining at the time.
General7. We may vary or discontinue the Offers with or without notice at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offers being discontinued.
8. The Offers do not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts an Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our

Definitions- Eligible MYOB Product means:
- Solo by MYOB;
- MYOB Business Lite;
- MYOB Business Pro;
- Eligible Zembl customer means a customer of Zembl Pty Limited.
- New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
- does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
- previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
- Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
- Zembl means Zembl Pty Ltd (ABN 29 138 847 757).
