About Buderim War Memorial Community Association
The Buderim War Memorial Community Association operates a cherished community hall in Buderim, Queensland, providing a welcoming space for local events, functions, and group activities. As a not-for-profit organisation, keeping running costs under control is essential to their ability to serve the local community, and energy bills represent one of the most significant and least predictable expenses in that equation.
How Zembl helped
With energy costs at the hall continuing to climb, the Association reached out to Zembl to find out whether they were on the best available rate. Zembl compared energy plans across the market, identified a more competitive option, and managed the entire switch on the Association's behalf. The result is an estimated $2,700^ a year back into the budget, money that goes directly towards keeping the hall running for the Buderim community.
^Savings are estimates only and are based on comparing the customer's previous energy rates with the new rates arranged through Zembl, using the customer's historical usage data. Actual savings may vary depending on changes to energy usage, future rates, and other factors outside of Zembl's control. Past savings are not a guarantee of future outcomes. Participating customers of the success story surveys may receive a small gift card as a token of appreciation of their time. All feedback reflects the customer's own experience.
