About Mercy Education

Mercy Education is a respected education provider based in Victoria. As part of the education sector, the college faces unique challenges in managing operating costs while continuing to deliver high-quality services to its students and community. Like many in the sector, rising energy prices have had a significant impact, stretching budgets and making cost control increasingly important.

How Zembl helped

Zembl worked closely with Mercy Education to understand their needs and the pressures created by rising energy costs. After reviewing their usage and existing arrangements, Zembl went to market on their behalf to secure a competitive energy contract. This resulted in a new agreement on competitive terms and greater long-term stability.

The process was clear and efficient. Mercy Education signed a letter of authority, Zembl went to market to negotiate with trusted retailers, and a new contract was put in place without disruption. This outcome allows the college to focus on what matters most: education and community support.

Reflecting on the experience, Mercy Education described Zembl’s service as “Very good.”*
