Quick summary
No saving today doesn’t mean no saving tomorrow.
If we can’t find your small business an estimated energy saving on your initial call, you can simply join Zembl Price Watch.
With Zembl Price Watch we’ll keep checking offers from our retailer panel until we identify an offer with an estimated saving – then a Zembl Energy Expert will get in touch.
You can review the offer and decide whether it’s right for your business. Nothing changes unless you choose to accept it.
Key takeaways
- Price Watch is available when we don’t identify an estimated saving on your initial call.
- Once enrolled, we keep checking offers from Zembl’s retailer panel.
- If we identify an offer with an estimated saving, we’ll contact you.
- Price Watch doesn’t authorise Zembl to switch your energy supply.
- You decide whether to accept any offer we find.
- Price Watch continues until you choose to opt out.
For those rare occasions a saving can’t be found
The reality is, chances are you won’t need Price Watch.
In July 2026 alone, Zembl identified savings for 92%^ of businesses whose energy we reviewed.
But on rare occasions, we don’t find an estimated saving when you first compare. That doesn’t mean there won’t be an opportunity later.
That’s where Zembl Price Watch comes into its own, keeping your business assured that if there are future energy savings to be made, you’ll be hearing about them.
What happens if Price Watch finds a saving?
You stay in control.
Finding an estimated saving doesn’t mean we’ll automatically switch your energy supply. An Energy Expert will contact you and explain the offer so you can decide whether it works for your business.
Any switch requires your separate approval.
If you don’t want Price Watch to keep checking, you can opt out at any time.
Let us keep an eye on your energy pricing
You’ve got a business to run. You shouldn’t have to keep checking energy offers yourself.
Talk to a Zembl Energy Expert today to see what we could save your business. And if there’s no estimated saving today, Price Watch can keep looking.
^92% is the percentage of SME customers who requested a Zembl business energy bill comparison between 1–31 July 2026 (NSW, ACT, SA, VIC, QLD, limited TAS/WA) for whom Zembl identified a lower available offer than their current rate. Data extracted 25/08/2026. Not the percentage who switched. Percentages vary by usage, rates and offers; results not guaranteed.
