We are giving two small businesses the chance to win up to $5,000 off their energy account. Enter by completing a free bill comparison with Zembl and switching to an alternative energy plan during the promotion period. Stay with your new retailer until the draw date to qualify.

What you could win

‍

• There are two $5,000 business energy bill credits up for grabs. The prize is not cash, not transferable, and no alternative is offered.

Who can enter

‍

This competition is open to Australian businesses that:
‍

• Be a small business that typically uses under 100,000 kWh per year, or spends $3,000 or less per month on energy, and

• Operate in NSW, VIC, SA, or QLD.

‍

Businesses in ACT, WA, NT, and TAS are not eligible. Individuals and operators or managers of embedded networks are also not eligible.

How to enter

‍

There are two simple ways to enter.

‍

1) New customers
‍

1. Be a business with an ABN.

2. Complete a free, obligation‑free bill comparison with Zembl during the promotion period.

3. Approve a competitive offer and switch through Zembl during the promotion period.

4. Stay with your new retailer until the draw date to remain eligible.

2) Current Zembl customers
‍

1. Be a business with an ABN and refer a new business through the Zembl Referral Program.

2. The referred business completes a bill comparison and switches with Zembl during the promotion period.

3. Both the referrer and the referred business receive an entry, provided both remain with their new retailer until the draw date.

Compare: Upload your latest bill for a free comparison. We match it against competitive market offers from our retailer panel and let you know if switching makes sense.

Approve: Like the offer? We handle the paperwork, the retailer handover, and the timing, so you can move to a more competitive deal with zero hassle.

You are in: Switch within the promo window to lock in your entry. Keep the plan active until the draw. Two prizes, up to $5,000 each, credited by your retailer from 27 March 2026.

Frequently asked questions

‍

Do I have to switch to enter?

Yes. To qualify, you must complete a comparison and switch to an alternative energy plan with Zembl during the promotion period. You also need to stay with the new retailer until the draw.

‍

How many entries do I get?

One entry per ABN. If you refer a business through the Zembl Referral Program and they switch during the promotion period, both of you get an entry.

‍

Which states are included?

New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, and Queensland. ACT, WA, NT and Tasmania are not included.

‍

Is the prize paid in cash?

No. The prize is a credit of up to $5,000 including GST applied by Zembl.

When is the credit applied?

From 27 March 2026 by Zembl

‍

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be contacted by email and phone within seven days of the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days, a re‑draw will be held on 3 March 2026.

Important information

• Entrants must warrant they meet eligibility requirements and accept the terms and conditions.

• Zembl may verify entries and disqualify any entrant for improper conduct.

• By entering, you consent to winner publicity, as set out in the terms. The winner’s details will be published on the competition page within 30 days of the draw or any re‑draw.
